Ehhh they didn't say, but based on the way the story is headed, I'd say it's pretty convincing with or without confirmation. Likewise, korean reader comments and forums have actual sway on authors (why some manhwas don't follow their novel counterparts due to reader reaction i.e. male leads, specific scenes) and majority is pro-Jingi (especially after those panels of the door got released)
