She’s still referring to Yor. Remember when Damian’s mom had Yor join her occult group? He’s the leader of that group.

pay attention dummy, it says "mama's clairvoyant", Anya is saying that he's the dude that was the leader of the occult group that Damian's mom was in
Two mothers were mentioned by Anya in this chapter, Yor and her Mama at the center (she called her the clairvoyant or something along the lines and tried to follow the cult). I am guessing this is a subtle foreshadowing in the future chapters.
