Seongjae 2.0 kept his memories but Seungwon 2.0 didn't. Either Seungwon 2.0 messed up, or he died too early, or Seongjae 2.0 left him because he thought that was best, Seungwon 2.0's wish was probably to have another chance with Seongjae 2.0. Leading to Seungwon 3.0 who has kept all his memories, but Seongjae 3.0 hasn't. Seongjae 3.0 probably has residual feelings from the previous life, but no context for them so that's why he's so drawn to Seongwon 3.0
