They have a lot of great sites for any sort of pirating you can think of. Tons of different layouts and formats and features and everything. I'd stick to their ones with stars as those ones are all so good, theyre basically interchangable.
Just use AdBlock since I don't think the mega wiki creators considered the invasiveness of adverts in the rankings
