A few I like are 'glasses cloth and playlist', 'release your persona', and 'hell & high water'
First two aren't beastmen ones but are really good nonetheless, also all of them fall under the short but sweet catagory(less that 50 chapters + completed)
If anyone else can turn me on to good story development bl but with beast men or without. Would greatly appreciate it
