I didn’t read the whole novel, I only started reading after the chasing arc by ml ended and they met each other again, and there fl says she ran away with freak when she found ml was her husband, she also says that they bathed together but ofc they didnt it was a lie to ml which worked cause he was freaking out soooo badly he was deadass insane but still so sweet towards fl telling her she had to choose whether stay forever or go and never turn back to him but obv she chose to stay and went at it for DAYS no breaks
Well it's hard to say if his feelings were True or not, it's really complicated cause I felt both love and obsession from him. He's kind of a psycho and as they were childhood sweethearts/ partners in that he'll they were the only one for each other... So yeah he's obsessed over FL but his love is twisted.. As to hurt her yes he did, he blasted the vehicle she was in to kidnap her yet He never forced himself on FL although he jerked himself in front of her... He tried everything in his control to keep FL to himself but at last when he realised that she doesn't want him but ML he let's her go and chose death over a life without her.... Ofc our ML is more skilled but 2nd male is is kind of sadistic means if you even stab him he'll laugh, so idk.. I don't remember that much if the novel and also if they combat in the future, maybe a little bit but not entirely, it's mostly the gun fight..
