Someone said in a discussion thread that this time, it would be Oriana dying and Vincent would be the one retaining his memories and go back in time.
So, here is my theory:
Oriana's past Vicente memories are with the next cycle Vicent that retains his memories. That's why he confesses his love early on and give her a huge bouquet of flowers as he asks her to go to the ball, something he wasn't able to do this lifetime.
This would mean they are stuck in a cycle where either one of them dies and retains their memory in the next cycle.
If this is true, I really hope they are able to break the cycle and live through adulthood. Also, they have to MAKE SURE Yana and Azrak end up together!!!!
