The bird is our FL's while lotus bish's dad stole its and gave it to her. Thats why the bird is getting stronger next to Kiana.
The second part is IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY part (≧∀≦)
As for going to the past, it was not white lot.bish's too, it was connected to Kiana's bird's power ( time and space ). It just happened at the same time by chance when she was going crazy about going back in prison. Thats why FL remembers the past.
