Yeah that irritated me. Like all she did was tell him to start “training” and the training is just running and swordplay, which—as a young lord—wouldn’t he have already been doing that anyway? It would have made sense for *her* to do strength training though since she’s like five foot nothing apparently and seems to weigh about 100 lbs. So when she’s a teenager she can’t even fight and actually picks up a TWIG to defend herself when the monster attacks her in the later chapters. I almost threw my phone when she did that.
