nope not this story. U have it wrong.
I think the director at first wanted to date him just so he would fall in love with him and then dump him and then the director fell in love in the process and one of the friends I think of the director talked with him about how we wanted to dump him the uke heard them and it was a mess because the director was in love with them and didn't want to dump him anymore so.
I really hope this thing I remember is from this manga if not can someone tell me for what manga it is and can someone tell me if they have recommendation for other manga that have this kind of misunderstanding I guess
