I would recommend screen recording your list

You might wanna write them down in a notes app (to the best of your ability).. Last time this happened to me was on bato before it got sniped
I just screen recorded everything. I learned the lesson when i lost my reading list last time.
The covers arent loading,but i can still read them. Plis tell me this is only temporary. Is this one of those losing reading list again, mines like 700+ now :) and i dont want to go through it again since i look it up ONE BY ONE ╥﹏╥
