Probably it was a typo by the translation team. 9 is right next to 0 on the keyboard, and he would've recently graduated high school, so I assume they meant to type 19 but accidentally typed 10.

Why did it say Shizaki was a 10 year old at the end? The whole assault felt so unnecessary and glossed over, leaves a bad taste. I like the other stuff by this author, but this one was kinda yikes.
