Mixed Feelings

It's funny to think about how because mc got transported into a BL story and changed the character Hajin from a side top to the main mc/bottom, BL rules decitates that now Seo-woon must behave as the crazy top now. And not only that every elligible bachelor must also fall madly in love with mc over basically nothing lmao

But I agree with the other comments how this started off really strong and interesting but turned meh at the end. Feels like the author took on waaayyy too many plot points that they couldn't juggle well which caused the ending to be what it was, which is rushed as hell.

For example while I do like the desgin for Kim Shin his character was kinda pointless? His reasoning for why he sent incriminating photos to blogs was dumb as hell, and both for the reader and even Hajin it felt like we were never connected to Kim Shin as a charater anyway so the betreyal felt flat?

Like from the moment mc came into the world he was constantly giving the dude the cold shoulder and they never had a genuine moment between them it was just Kim Shin chasing after him like a dog while the mc couldn't care less. But all of a sudden I'm supposed to believe he felt hurt by the betrayal? Girl pls

Another area that really felt flat to me was the supposed second male lead from the webtoon Shin Yeo-woon who was not only introduced way too late but also felt like a very unneeded addition by the time he came in. Probably would've flowed better if he was in the University from the beginning instead of having him be in high school for a large chunk of Hajin developing a relationship with seo woon.

Even if we all know it was never going to be him, if we are going to have him here anyway then we might as well have developed a genuine bond between Hajin and Shin Yeo-woon to the point where we could see him as an actual potential option instead of his ass showing up mad late and contributing fuck all.

I don't even wanna touch on the insanity of the family plot but all I wanna say for that is that it would've been a lot more believeable if Hajin's brother was an affair baby instead. Because then it would make more sense why Hajin's dad and grandfather wanted to act like he doesn't exist despite being the better option?? He was more well behaved (before mc took over) and recieved better grades. Also the fact that they switched the brothers identities making Hajin the older one means his old ass brother was still attened high school is comical like what was the logic here??
