Another one bites the dust...

I loved this story, dearly. I used to re-read it from time to time. Got excited when I saw new chapters. But what happened? This new narrative is so out of place, I started to hate it.
Like many others said, the story should have ended when it was still good, and maybe just do something new with new characters and a new setting, if they (the author) really wanted to write this type of plot. So disappointed...
