Honestly I don't hate her too. At least the her on her OG world. I kinda sympathize because I hate when a villain does horrible things and get a punishment that's almost a slap on the wrist for it. Same when authors try to whitewash the villains by giving them a sad past or justifying their actions as they have been brainwashed.
And it's also true that many sim-dates plot are very mild regarding villainous acts and most of them have justifiable reasons to hate the heroine... conquering a taken man is such a low move that we got this reincarnated into the (ex fiancee) villainess trope.
I get mc being pissed of because that person lost all her motives after getting into that world. Even more so seeing Philomel and the others being different from both the game and the novel.
Yeppp!!! Like she honestly did nothing in the story except like bickering and being salty. Her timeline began way later than phil and she had no grounds to build a relationship around.
