I applied for COU(certificate of undertaking) because I'm a grad student, these are literally just the secretary of the coordinator, the moment I entered and stated my purpose, "Good morning, sorry to disturb, I'm here to take my COU" and then I was the one TO CATCH THEIR ANGER AND STRESS, THESE BTCHES EVEN COMPLAINED "I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO" WITH A TONE THAT'S LIKE BLAMING ME THAT THEY HAVE TOO MUCH ON THEIR PLATE, I WAS LITERALLY IN GOOD MOOD TIL THEY EXIST
They be acting like it's my fault that they're understaffed and lived off of rotten system when I'm literally just a grad student who follow rules, I literally did not do anything wrong, I didn't make any mistake, these bitches are sour and bitter and I was humiliated infront of my most respected professor which is why I'm in a bad mood
