Rereading this again.....stopped now at chapter 256...after the game against Sankou.....

I just need to let this out........I really feel with Eijun here.... No Hate to Furuya....out darling....but I really hate Miyuki......and his clear show of bias....eversince......but especially how he made Eijun felt here......though ..he didn't know Eijun heard his and Furuya's convo.....

I really feel with Eijun the heart breaking and all.....like the person you respect and trust not opening up to you just ....and the person who have been taking you for granted or sidelining you....talking personal and deep convo with your rival...right after your intense game......and haven't even sort your emotions.....

I understand your frustration at first I was also Disappointed too but you should see on Twitter and the mangaka's interview about this scene there's a reason why Miyuki did this

To truly understand why Miyuki said this to Furuya and not Sawamura, you have to look past how painful it felt for Sawamura and look at how Miyuki’s mind works as a strategist.
Miyuki didn’t say this to Furuya because he "liked" him more or because he valued him more as a person. He said it because Furuya and Sawamura are two completely different psychological puzzles, and at that exact moment, Furuya was breaking down, while Sawamura was thriving.

At this point in Act II, Furuya was in a terrible mental space. He was the Ace, but he was hyper-focusing on carrying the entire weight of Seidou on his shoulders. He was trying so hard to force his pitches to be perfect that he was throwing wildly, hurting his shoulder, and completely suffocating himself (since he injured himself many times)
Miyuki realized that telling Furuya to "just try harder for the team" wasn't working anymore; it was just adding more weight. By telling Furuya, "Your talent is big enough for the Pros," Miyuki was trying to force Furuya to look up and see a bigger horizon.
It was a psychological trick to shift Furuya's focus away from his current high school anxieties and remind him of his limitless ceiling. It was Miyuki’s way of saying, "Don't let this local pressure break you; you are meant for something even bigger."

Sawamura is fueled by a completely different engine. He doesn't get motivated by distant, abstract goals like "the professional leagues." Sawamura is entirely grounded in the present moment and the people right in front of him.
Sawamura’s ultimate dream is to be the Ace for Seidou, to lead this specific team, and to throw into Miyuki’s mitt right now.
If Miyuki had walked up to Sawamura and said, "Hey, you should think about going pro," it wouldn't have clicked. Sawamura would have probably yelled, "What are you talking about?! We have practice tomorrow!" Sawamura takes things one step, one pitch, one game at a time. He didn't need a grand future vision because his internal fire was already burning at 100%.

Miyuki didn't tell Sawamura because, in a strange way, he didn't worry about Sawamura's drive. He knew Eijun would always claw his way forward. But Furuya was drowning, and Miyuki used the biggest lifeline he had to pull him out—even if it broke Sawamura's heart in the process.

(Sorry it's a bit long but as you can see Miyuki lacks some emotions probably because of his backstory and childhood but let me tell you he respects Furuya or any other well developed pitcher but Sawamura is different to him and the author has told us that several times you should search for their interview on gemini AI it will give you s broad understanding of the manga)

You're welcome I was feeling the same thing as you when I first read this chapter but after I did some research and saw the author's interview I came to understand why Miyuki did this basically he thinks that Sawamura has a great mental fortitude nothing can break him and he saw it firsthand during the yips arc but what Miyuki doesn't realize is that Sawamura wants Miyuki to acknowledge him which he did in the last chapter but he didn't said it to Sawamura because he knows that Sawamura will continue to evolve and move forward Miyuki respects Furuya but he has a different relationship with Sawamura

You are absolutely right! Without mentioning that Miyuki said what he said to Furuya because Nori’s words echoed in his mind in that moment. He tells Furuya that Sawamura will get the same kind of attention too so it’s not like he believes in Furuya more, not at all. The ending with miyuki saying he is waiting for Sawamura speaks for itself!
