I hope he can have immortality and regeneration ability so that he doesn't die immediately. I hope he feels very pain possible, he feels pain from head to toe. I hope he feels pain emotional, mentally and physically. I hope he can experience what taegun have experienced, more than that. I hope he spend his entire life regretting what he have done, every seconds of his life. I hope he have a family of his own then spend the rest of his life being restless because he is afraid that karma gets not to himself but to his family ( I hope no innocent person gets involved)

Never ending torture of rewatching all his horrible mistakes over and over again till the end of time itself. So that he may relieve every moment, however, he can't do anything to stop it, for no one would save, no one would hear his cries only God who has been waiting for his judgement to come will stair in his suffering. He wouldn't laugh at his suffering but stair at him just like a disappointed father would when he stairs at his disobedient child. And when he's believes his time is up, that is when he would see Taegun, not to save him but to stand before him in court, testifying against him and that's when he knows this is not the end of his suffering....
You guys are getting creative- I love it. I would just like to add a torture where a parasite nests inside his body and slowly consumes him inside out while he feels every single move. And a psychological torture where he tries to use his power but his power and his mind slowly become weaker and undone (something like dementia/alzheimer’s)
Or like at some point his power snaps and every time he tries to use his powers even a little bit - he gets flashbacks and nightmares and has to relive some of the things his victims had to go through.
