Spoiler here: he doesnt sleep with the concubine or anyone and this causes him to leak yellow or something I believe and it causes him pain through the curse (the curse needing them to have sexual releases and etc) cause he is loyal to his bride (mc) haha. The concubine is just a previous rulers slut who gets put in his place by the current ruler (the other mc the concubine tried to get with)
