when seunghyun raided the golden pavilion, he was about to get shot by (i think) a group of guys from the kujo clan. yuta saw this and shielded seunghyun with his body, i believe this is where the bullet fragments come from because they did get shot, however, they were able to barely escape by falling through the wall of the pavilion. the second time was when seunghyun “shot” yuta 2 or 3 chapters ago when it was meant to be seunghyun dead instead
