I mean yeah it has plot so its not written for the sake of it but especially in bls, we see ukes constantly being assaulted. Its hard to watch and enjoy the drama, yknow. Because we are reading a love story where one of them is being rxped while the other dont even know or cant do anything about it. Its sad. Its disturbing.
The ratings here in mangago are so inflated that anything with a 8 is considered low hahaha which is technically quite generous for a story just starting with not even 20 chapters! I usually dont rate until the story is completed because it makes no sense to me to do it before lol... But yeah usually people just 5* anything so this is a lower rating... and tge reason its probably because the bottom is in a sponsorship/contract relationship/threatened and shown having sex with someone who is not the top and yeah people here HATE seeing the main characters with other people even in other stories where there isnt rape involved lmao though of course here is justified since the guy is a disgusting pos. It definitely doesn't deserve to get bad rating because of it since its part of the story though, I highly recommend to give it a try since it seems to have an actual plot AND its an original story! Surprising because most stories with a solid plot are novel based so it gets more points in my book. So far the seme seems like he is and was a green flag and genuinely cared about the uke even before the accident, if you care about that whole flag bs haha
