Lucky dream? More like an unlucky nightmare

The gallery of images are just terrifying me, why is the bottoms ass just basically a fat gaping hole, deeper parts of his inside are probably feeling cold by how open it is, these proportions are frying me, I thought they were okay-ish looking from the cover but I was just dead wrong
