They’ve said the princess slept with the current pope when he was still a priest. So no he is not an incest baby. Last couple chapters they revealed that the princess’s scandal was with the pope. That’s why the church and the royal family will kill him if he doesn’t stay silent and if he reveals himself as a republican.
