To be fair, I don't think he recognised that she was the one who created the ice around her. Remember that he thought he was saving her from it. And who knows there could be multiple women in their world with that look.
Simple story, not many stakes. Started off funny, but comedic moments decreased at the end when the plot moved super fast. Chapters are really short. A light read. FL is very silly, like the type that whines about things that aren't important to the situation at all, but she's also competent.
Honestly, though, I don't get why ML didn't recognize that she was his first love the moment she pulled out ice magic. How many white-haired, green-eyed girls your age can wield ice magic? his ignorance here was not very believable.
Overall, it was pretty okay
