If mc was actually concerned for shinwoo(or for himself) like he said to fl. I don't think he'd leave right away at all and atleast check for himself if shinwoo is good, but igg maybe he just thought of it when he left shinwoo to go to fl but he literally said—before leaving shinwoo that he hopes shinwoo wont die.

It doesn't make sense that he was worried to the point of thinking about stabbing fl but didn't think of atleast checking up on shinwoo
