The plot has a potential. Especially with Eugene's back story, he deserved better. What happened during his childhood was horrible and it was horrible enough that the ML did not contemplate enough when he heard that. I didn't see the emotional connection. ML is only emotional when they're fucking. This could have been something if they've delve enough emotionally. TBH, his revenge plot is kinda shallow. That shows a lot that ML has shallow reasoning too. It pissed me off when he handed Eugene to the police. That itself is unforgivable, and yet they had a happy ending ugh sucks. I hoped for more groveling.
