BL manga/manhwas where the MC is clingy? But like more specifically, something where the MC is clingy to everyone who treats him nicely, it could stemming from trauma or just because that's simply just the way he is. Maybe the right word would be codependent rather than clingy.
And it doesn't even have to be just his romantic relationships, it can be friendships, familial relationships, relationships with mentors or peers, etc.
Ik it's super specific, but I just wanted to see if there's anything out there like this.
