I bet that girl hyun thinks is the reincarnation of yeon is the mouse yeon fed the clippings to. Probably yeon made a mistake and fed it all 10 clippings or something and they exchanged forms and the mouse stayed alive since then until yeon reincarnated. That’s why she looks like yeon’s past self.
