NAWH ACTUALLYYYY I NEED THIS TOO and lowk im thinking (theory that’s like 5% probability of being real? Maybe) the Calamity dragon and Daphne prob had a soul swap or smth somehow- and so the og Daphne is actually the Calamity Dragon while the real Daphne lived as the Calamity Dragon and then BOOM she went back to her og body as Daphne.
But the dragon is much older than Daphne the timeline doesn't match
Yea that’s why I said somehow cuz I haven’t thought about how it’s possible maybe it’s like some mega universe where the souls reside before they go into their new life or smth- and by accident MC, who was supposed to be Daphne (in my weird ahhh out of nowhere theory) fell into the portal or wtv way that leads to them going to their next world/life, which was meant to be the Calamity Dragon, but MC entered instead- when MC was supposed to go in a different portal and become Daphne- and time works differently there- like the time is the same for them but once the pass the portal they end up in different timezones and forget about the soul residence/universe.
That or some black mage, God, Goddess, idk just SOME being from the past (way before the Calamity Dragon was born) decided to swap them for sum unknown reason that only they know-
I think you can tell (maybe) by now I’m going crazy. Idk why I even made the theory that their soul prob swapped, it just appeared in my head when I was wondering about things while reading but I never gave it much thought
I want an in-depth lore with the og Daphne, cause no way a child can be so cruel without a cause, especially considering her environment and how she grew up. I wanna know how she was thinking, feeling. What caused her to be a very temperamental child? Also why is brochacho beefing with a child while he is a full grown adult???
