Also i have been reading this since the start of this manhwa, so forgive me for finding agnes' tiresome. And if this ended bad oh man give me back the time i wasted to read all of this lol
I actually don’t think she’s as tiresome or dumb as people find her. Yes, she doesn’t take into consideration that loosing her would hurt him, but realistically, what are her choices? Let him die instead? To not make him love her, stay mean and let him be miserable? She wanted to give him happiness and then sacrifice herself instead of him. I honestly don’t see how she could’ve gone better about it if she wanted to fulfill both of those things.
Tbh, if it were me in her position. I would tell kylo how i feel but also i would make sure that if he's going to sacrifice himself, we'll die together u kno? Hahaha it's just me but i get agnes but it's just frustrating as a reader too, bcs she could have just teamed up with kylo to fix the problem? It's not like kylo's a deadbeat, he can protect her while she tries to close that portal too
I don’t think that possible. I’m pretty sure that sacrifice is NEEDED to close that portal, that’s why she’s going alone instead of with 3 of them. One of them has to die, there is no alternative. She’s doing this so he DOESNT die, I feel like you dying together completely defeats her goal and everything she’s done so far.
On one hand, it’s dumb not to say that she loves him when he already loves her, on another, I get that she doesn’t wanna make it into „false hope”, but rather a „unrequited love, forget me” kind of thing.

The novel is a lot more straightforward imo. They put a lot of filler in the comic to fluff it up for more chapters/reader satisfaction. In the novel, Agnes just leaves to seal the rift and no one finds out until after she’s dead. Kylo only finds out she loves him because he finds her note on the mountaintop when he goes up there to kill himself bc he misses her. There’s very little romance between the MCs before the rift sealing, they like each other but keep it secret.
Honestly i don't even know what's going on anymore?? I entered this thinking this would be a fun romcom but man why it's so unnecessarily angsty lol she keeps saying she wants kylo to be happy and if she really knew and listened to him the only person tgat would make him happy is herself, agnes. Whatever im just sticking until the end bcs i love kylo
