Its not, it says in the last page of ch14 and the postscript to be comtinued in volume 4, plus ch 17 to 19 is already being serialized in lynx magazine

I dont know about that tho since a usual tankobon has 6 chapters, ch 19 is the only chapter out currently so we'll probably wait until dec or next year for vol 4 to be released on english and the author seems to be busy since another fangs collab cafe is happening atm.
I can't wait for the next chapters, i need some rec on something similar to cope with the wait
