It ain't lowkey at all lol. Like bro they're both weird asfuckkk who tf has his own partner believe he cheated on him with another dude when he didn't??? That would fucking eat a person up with guilt tf. If he's bored or tired or the relationship isn't meeting certain needs fucking end it.

The dude tells repeteadly to the MC to fuck other people, so MC is well within the impression the ML would fuck an omega and get over it after a while. The MC should have dumped his ass long ago though.
