Feels like it's too late now, 1st chapter we can see the way the light faded from her eyes, she lost feelings for him at that moment, she even acknowledge it, and the recent chapters she even hope that the other lady doesn't end up like her
So far, I feel like he more worry about FL not loving him then FL feeling alone and unappreciated. He barely know what she likes, even after realize that, he barely ask her what she likes. How many mail he sends after realizing he didn't reply to her, once and even that because it was annual dance. Mail that he supposed to send anyway.
He can be a good partner from looking at other couple but why only do it once and never again. If you that dense then learn. Try engage with her hobby. If she likes to study about that foreign land and reading, learn about it so you guys have conversations topic together.
Stop worrying what she gonna do and start worry about what you didn't do. Like seriously, do it now
