He's had them since day 1 and they are usually always shown pretty well. Sometimes more prominent, but you can definitely see his deformed ears in most scenes

Did you see the cauliflower ear, i think they are making their appearance for the first time.
And he was so pretty when he was crying. Hopefully Dan will lake up next chapter and we will have a confession
