I'm rereading it now and I'm not sure yet but so far, the scenarios were really repetitive, I think. Something goes wrong, she fixes it and everyone gasps omg she's so amazing and everything gets resolved easily. I also didn't get the part where the duke suddenly showed interest in her after her request to buy tea when during her stay in the duchy, he always ignored when she would be bullied by their own housemaids given that they're nobles. She was humiliated multiple times and now that she's strong and interesting, he's suddenly angry at ppl who talk shit about her because it's "a challenge" to their authority as a ducal house. It's a very lighthearted read so I guess I really shouldn't expect much more. I'll let you know when I'm done rereading the whole thing

I remember reading this a few years back and so, I found it again only to see that I had left a mere 2 stars review. Tbh I can't really remember why I only put two when I don't even have that high of a standard ಠᴥಠ
