i actually appreciate the realism of the mc refusing to leave the house after what happened to him. imagine the physical & mental trauma after getting betrayed by his best friend & allegedly the other friend too. many authors would just completely ignore the fact that they got raped & downplay it as if they're just sore from exercising. so fuckn ridiculous. i would appreciate this even more if this is the beginning of his villain arc lol.
