Hello, so it’s enemies to lovers with a complicated past. I can sum it up as they grew up as childhood friends, and then the male lead wronged the main character thus making them enemies. Their relationship is slightly toxic in the beginning.
Lots of tense conversations and unsaid emotions!
I wouldn’t say it’s extremely toxic between the two especially because they grow a healthier relationship towards the end of season 1 and season 2 is when things really bloom.
My only warning is that there is SA elements all throughout the story. Mainly the crown prince (he’s actually horrid) so I’d worry more about that more than anything. The main couple is great, and the second couple is TOP TIER!
Sorry if this deters you from the story, but this is my honest review so far. It’s a pretty complex story. I hate the crown prince so much (he’s not a male lead or anything. From what I’ve read so far.)
