Basically Juheon’s aunt threatened to destroy Dowoo’s life and that’s why Juheon left. They didn’t meet after college until they met each other “by chance” (Dowoo became a script writer to meet Juheon again once he found out he was an actor) and Dowoo has been forcing his way into Juheon’s life since. Juheon is still hesitating to let Dowoo in due to his aunt and family but also his lingering anger for Dowoo using him in the past.
