This one can be considered "completed" in the sense that the artist tried to wrap it up as best as possible. But that's because they were notified beforehand that the series was being cancelled. That's why the ending is rushed, the plot doesnt go anywhere, many things are left unresolved (we never even get to see the main villain of the series), and why it only covers a fraction of the novel.
This one is one of my favorite webtoons of the past 5 years. But I think the editors made a mistake of choosing to adapt a novel that has over 1000 chapters. So we get yet another story that was cancelled.

Idk. It's usually because it didn't meet financial goals. Sometimes it's because the novel is way too fucking long or they only meant to do a part of the novel as a form of advertisement.
If a story made a lot of bank they def would've never dropped it though.
