No FR, kana's behavior wouldve been PERFECTT for a manipulative ml in a psychological manga, but honestly wtv atmosphere the author is trying to splay in this context is just making him seem like a straight up jerk
Kana is basically the shitty (ex) boyfriend who makes you believe that no one but him would ever love you because "you are average and plain and no one but me would ever look your way, you are SOOO LUUUUCKY TO HAVE ME~". Why the need to keep Naho developing insecurities and a low self steem? This could have been an interesting read if the the intend was to make a psychological drama / horror, but the story is clearly trying to portray this couple as a "matchmade in heaven childhood friends to lovers" that it doesn't even make sense!
