HELP ME FIND THIS OMEGAVERSE PLS

Girls, please help me find this manga I read it’s an omegaverse. I remember there was an alpha and an omega who had some kind of bond (or maybe they were soulmates?), but the omega ended up bonding with another alpha who was in love with him… something like that.

So when they’re adults, that other alpha meets a different omega who really loves him, but this omega abuses heat suppressants. And when the alpha finally realizes that the old bond doesn’t really matter and that he can actually love someone else, it’s too late because that omega is already really affected by the suppressants

There are two couples in total… An omega and two alphas who knew each other since school. Let’s say alpha A and omega B were soulmates, but omega B was actually dating alpha B, and they truly loved each other, and alpha B marked omega B.

Later they find out that alpha A was omega B’s soulmate, but they grow up and stop seeing each other. Then alpha A meets omega A and they become friends with benefits. I don’t really remember what issue omega A had, just that he took a lot of suppressants.....I think omega A was actually alpha B’s soulmate, but alpha B didn’t want anyone except omega B.
