I don't mind a poly relationship (I've actually read quite a few of them) but idk this doesn't really feel like they actually like the other two.
Like it feels like Akira only likes Rin but decided to be with Mayuki too because she doesn't want Rin to be sad. Rin also seems to love Mayuki romantically but she also really likes Akira as a friend and someone to depend on (not in the bad way) and didn't want to make her feel hurt or lonely so decided to be with her. Mayuki also seems to only like Akira (even though she did get aroused with Rin) and only seemed to suggest all 3 being together because Akira would be sad otherwise.
Also, they're all kinda weird to be able to kiss someone who they didn't even like (or at least that's how it was initially for all the kisses. Like Rin and Mayuki didn't like each other at first but Rin still kissed her to "teach" her, and Mayuki even liked Akira! Akira also kissed Mayuki despite not liking her at first (romantically) even though she liked Rin)
