The hate for the ML is SO OLD and tiring. it's like they read this story with their eyes closed. What the ML did to the MC is miniscule compared to what both of them went through due to that disgusting old man. It's implied the ML went through SA too. In the end the MC still loved him and the heart can't lie, he can't force himself to not like him, ya'll act like the MC got rid of all feelings when he didn't lmao
