It's a bl where liek the mc and the ml are already a couple but then the mc travelled back in time (i forgot how he travelled back) the ml is a veterinarian and that time the ml has a gf. The mc explained everything to the ml and they liked each other eventually, but then the mc is slowly forgetting the ml as time passes. The ml could only cut ties with him and only come back when the mc is on the present time where he went back in time. I'm sorry if this is so confusing I wanted to reread it but I forgot the title
