He didn't. Josh was refering to scar above, it's just under Chase's index finger but I agree it can look like a muscle shadow.
I was confused as well haha
I don't know if Chase is acting stupid or he's really an idiot because how come he didn’t notice that what Joshua said about his scar now is different from what he said in a previous chapter?
