I searched up the name for this when I saw first an image, and upon doing so I stumbled upon its other name, 'Unrequited Love' (which is a huge spoiler , I can understand why they didn't include it on sites)
For days, I've thought deeply about on whose part the unrequited love could be.
But now I can say it's both.
Amon can never return the human-like feelings that make the task of loving someone truly come to life, and Na-in can never return the unconditional love that Amon has for him.
They're truly a doomed pair. Na-in says this himself in the end They're both unfortunate. Amon probably wishes more than anyone that he were human, because he literally doesn't have the neurons that activate such human emotions.
But, I guess, as long as they can be less unhappy together, and Amon tries to understand, then it's okay.
I've never analyzed a manhwa this much before.
