Bruh did he turn into a zombie??!!

Like I'm so confused lmao. It's supposed to just be an acting world he gets into. Last time with the mine Act, he got real scars. I was like okay but then why didn't he get the stabbing Scars from his previous projects too ?? Or is it that the more Time he spends using that power, it becomes indeed real to a certain point ?
