Controversial take. Back in time to when I started reading yaoi mangas (started out with them not manhwas or manhuas), I would've liked this. I was in elem&HS (wild ik). Now, as a college senior, it sends shivers down my spine imagining going out with a high-schooler. I can't even imagine dating a 16yr old at my own age now much less him being a 26yr old adult. Again, there's nothing wrong with age gaps. That is, so long as they're legal. You're 60 dating a 27 yr old? Would raise my brows but that's it, nothing illegal. If you truly love them, put distance, disappear with no contact till he reaches at least 20. If he still likes you and vice-versa, that MIGHT be acceptable. Otherwise, is that really love you feel?
