So there are 2 group translating this manhwa.... Which one better? Dindin or H-T-L?

Dindin took over from the other translator. H-T-L is translating for no reason. Dindin never dropped the series. H-T-L should have msged her and asked if she could post. It's just super awkward now.

I'm up to chapter 11 and the translation is horrendous. Most of the text makes no sense
