Bl, full colour, i believe it's an isekia, mc picks flowers to recover mana when ml finds him, ml is part dragon (i think) and golden scales that appear when he doesn't use his mana.
Ml thinks the mc saw some of his scales (no idea if he did) and takes mc so he can't tell his secret.
At one point mc escapes in a cave and the front entrance collapses, mc gets scared and has flashbacks to when he got locked in a room
